New Actors Emerge in Existing Network Amidst Diving Group Expansion, Suggesting Coordinated Recruitment

A high-severity anomaly identified 9 new co-actors, including Adamson and Daveon Montgomery, within an existing network of 140 known actors. This influx coincides with the Wight Dolphins diving group welcoming 10 newly qualified divers. The synchronized appearance of new individuals across these seemingly disparate contexts suggests a potential coordinated recruitment or expansion effort, warranting further investigation into the nature and purpose of these emerging connections and the identity of the tenth diver.
