Starwood Capital's Treehouse Hotels Expand with New Ventures, Key Personnel, and Potential Lifestyle Diversification
A significant volume spike in events signals intensified activity surrounding Starwood Capital Group's Treehouse Hotels, particularly the Treehouse Hotel Manchester. The emergence of new entities like Good Sauna Co, and individuals such as Justin Crawford Phillies and Louise Grainger, alongside existing figures like Barry Sternlicht and Luke Coffey, suggests strategic expansion into new locations like Brickell Miami and potential diversification into lifestyle or wellness sectors. This activity points to a broader network and potentially new offerings for the Treehouse Hotel brand.
