Expanding Global Environmental Accountability Network: New Actors Emerge Amidst China's Waste Cleanup Drive

Three previously unseen co-actors, including the City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Department, Diocese of Imus Ministry on Ecology, and Guangxi Zhuang People Court, have been detected as new connections within a known network of 79 actors. This expansion of the network coincides with China's intensified efforts to clean up 60 million tons of solid waste and target illegal cave dumping. The new connections suggest a growing and more diverse set of actors engaging in environmental accountability, moving beyond prior narratives centered on specific legal or departmental actions.
