Nigerian Officials and Union in New Connection, Raising Potential Corruption Flags
A new connection has been detected between Hajiya Bilkisu Maimota, Alhaji Babangida Inuwa (likely Alhaji Tukur Babangida), the Head of Civil Service, and the European Federation of Public Services Unions. This grouping of previously unseen co-actors from Nigeria's public sector and a European union, alongside the Head of Civil Service, could indicate a nascent, potentially illicit influence or financial network.
